Surface:

Brushes:
#4 round brush
liner brush
#8 flat brush

Painting supplies:
Sandpaper
Flower patterns

Preparation:
Seal frame with Multi-Purpose Sealer. Let dry. Sand surface.

Painting instructions:
1. Basecoat blocks with Baby Pink, Lemon Yellow, Baby Blue, Wild Orchid, and a 3:1 mix of Lemon Yellow and Forest Green. Paint sides with Warm White. Let dry.
2. Trace and transfer patterns.

PANSIES:
1. Use #4 round to do fan-strokes. Load the brush with Lemon Yellow and tip with Warm White for yellow petals; Wild Orchid tipped with Warm White or Baby Blue for remaining petals.
2. Dot flower center with Warm White.
3. Use liner brush and Lamp Black to make center comma strokes and lines. Use #4 round brush and Forest Green to make stem on flower bud.

CONEFLOWER:
1. Use #4 round to do pressure stroke petals. Load brush with Wild Orchid and tip with Baby Pink. Pull petals toward center.
2. Mix equal parts of Sable Brown and Lamp Black and pounce on flower center.

FANTASY FLOWER:
1. Use #4 round brush to do fan stroke petals with Lemon Yellow and Warm White.
2. Double–load #8 flat brush with Forest Green and Green mix to paint leaves and stem.
3. Use deerfoot brush with Baby Pink and Wild Orchid to dab flower center.

ROSES:
1. Paint rose shapes Baby Pink.
2. Use #8 flat brush double–loaded with Baby Pink and Warm White to make two C-strokes for each rose.
3. Double–load #8 flat brush with Forest Green and 3:1 mix of Lemon Yellow and Forest Green to paint leaves.
4. Use deerfoot brush with Lemon Yellow and Warm White to dab on filler flowers.
5. Use liner brush and Forest Green and Lemon Yellow/Forest Green mix (see step 3 above) to make stems.

LAVENDER:
1. Use liner brush and Forest Green to paint stems.
2. Load liner brush with Wild Orchid and tip with Warm White. Make small pressure strokes down both sides and center of stem to form buds.
3. Use brush handle end dipped into Warm White to dot block borders.
