Supply list
10" x 13" wood tray 3/4" masking tape
Leaf pattern transfers
#12 brush
#8 flat brush
#10-0 fine liner

Instructions:
1. Undercoat inside of tray bottom with Blueberry. Let dry.
2. Use ruler to measure 4 equal squares. Use masking tape to tape off 1/8" border stripes. Paint stripes with Titanium White. Gently remove tape immediately.
3. Trace and transfer leaf patterns inside squares.
4. Leaves (wet on wet painting technique): Undercoat leaves with Titanium White. (Coverage will be splotchy.) Apply True Red in one area. While that paint is wet, brush on Bright Orange and blend into the True Red edge. Repeat with Cadmium Yellow or Hauser Light Green. Each leaf will look different, depending on application and color combination.
5. When leaves are dry, sideload #12 brush with Glorious Gold and accent light areas on leaves.
6. Use a fine liner and Dark Chocolate thinned with water to create veins in leaves.
7. Mix Blueberry and Black in a 3–parts to 1–part ratio. Sideload #12 brush with this mix and float around outside leaf edges.
8. Use #8 flat brush and Hauser Light Green to paint small checks on stripes.
9. Use #12 brush to paint remaining sides and bottom of tray Hauser Light Green.
