Painting supplies:

Topiary pattern

Painting instructions:
1. Place a puddle each of Warm White and Lemon Yellow on the palette. Use sea sponge to pick up both colors and sponge plaque face. Let dry.
2. Trace and transfer pattern outlines.
3. Use deerfoot brush and Forest Green to tap in tree.
4. Use #12 flat brush and Baby Blue to paint container and plaque edge.
5. Use #8 flat brush to paint rose shapes Baby Pink. Double load the #8 brush with Baby Pink and Warm White. (Double loading means adding a color to one side of the brush, and another color to the other side.) Keeping the white side of the brush toward the top, make two C-strokes to form the rose. Use the liner brush and Warm White to add line details.
6. Use #4 round brush with a 1:2 mix of Forest Green and Lemon Yellow to paint leaves on tree and around roses.
7. Use #12 flat brush to float Wild Orchid around outside edges of container.
8. Use #8 flat brush and Sable Brown to paint tree trunk.
9. Double load #8 brush with Baby Blue and Wild Orchid to paint ribbon. Use liner brush and Warm White to add line detail.
10. Personalize with house number, name, or street address using the liner brush and Warm White.
